Noise Program

From the suburban waste that is Rhode Island comes Noise Program, the creation of Matt "@" Rouleau. Formed in 2006, Matt set out to accomplish an emotionally driven, roughly crafted blend of synth and harsh aggro angst with a type of psychotic/depressive lyrics he had been using for the previous seven years.

He began making music in 1999, under the name Cold Velvet Blue. CVB finished approximately 15 demo discs, before being retired as a project and replaced with Noise Program in 2006.

Matt has been influenced by electronic/industrial artists and projects such as: Suicide Commando , Wumpscut , Terrorfakt , Die Sektor , Frontline Assembly , and Nitzer Ebb .

Noise Program has released approximately 10 demo discs, three full length Album Discs, "Noise Of The Future", "Let There Be Noise" and "The Deformed" and one EP "The Final Program EP".

After a six month hiatus, Noise Program returned with a double disc album entitled "Combat Anthems For The Doomed". since then Noise Program has begun work on a new album, "A Decade Of Deception" which is set to release in April of 2011.

In April 2012 it was announced that Noise Program is on hiatus once again.
