Artist Info: Noise Program

From the suburban waste that is Rhode Island comes Noise Program, the creation of Matt "@" Rouleau. Formed in 2006, Matt set out to accomplish an emotionally driven, roughly crafted blend of synth and harsh aggro angst with a type of psychotic/depressive lyrics he had been using for the previous seven years.

He began making music in 1999, under the name Cold Velvet Blue. CVB finished approximately 15 demo discs, before being retired as a project and replaced with Noise Program in 2006. [read more...]
