FRAGYLE play Progressive Rock. The present line-up (this constellation since the summer of 2003) are: original members Moritz Burgmann (keyboards, vocals) and Marcel Adenäuer (lead vocals, guitar), as well as Claus Adenäuer (guitars), Arno Mehren (drums) and Jens Layer (bass guitar).

The repertoire spans from easy-to-remember ballads over straight rock songs to complex compositions which sometimes pass the 10-minutes mark. The main characteristic of the songs is the melodic element, but they also are always susceptible of surprising the listeners by using some unexpected chord or rhythm change. Diversity also reigns in FRAGYLE’S lyrics: in "The Hottest State" they sing about a big love which finally leaves you asking "was it serious at all?", whereas big love works out much better in "Crazy for You". But it’s not only love that counts: in "The Lettuce King", e.g., they tell you about the fate of despaired Mick Garlic who in the land of sprouts and asparagus seeks to hide from the insatiable berry eaters; "New Life" is the story of the "Incredibly Shrinking Man" from the famous black-and-white movie. "English lesson" tells the story of a boy falling in love with a girl depicted in his English book.
