Artist Info: Rymdljus

John Björk aka Rymdljus was introduced to music when starting to play the violin as a small child. Growing up in a family where music was always central and always very acoustic, meeting the amplified music from bands like Metallica, Radiohead and Soundgarden was a game changer which almost immediately led him to start a band.

The next big musical love affair was Samba percussion. Playing in "A Bunda - Escola de Samba de Gotemburgo" since early 2000 has certainly made Brazilian rhythms an integrated part of Johns musical output. [read more...]
