Alexey Nikolayevich Plotnikov (1977-2022), better known as Lex Plotnikoff, was a founder, guitarist, keyboardist and main songwriter of Russian progressive metal band Mechanical Poet, as well as of Hattifatteners, Mistland Prattlers, Luna Damien, Alexis Chrome, Last Fighter, Blacklight Devil, and Barrel Wight.
