The group WOLFSHADE was formed in Brest, Belarus in 1998 by Sergey Stahovsky(ex-LEGION, GLADIATOR), Vladimir Stahovsky(ex-LEGION, GLADIATOR) and Oleg Yuzephovitch(ex-COBRA, GLADIATOR). Viatcheslav Filimonov and Dmitry Kudyniuk were invited as a bass player and a drummer. This stuff made the first performance in METALSHOCK fest in Minsk in June of 1998. Concerts and studio work were after that. The first demo "Sun of the sleepless" came out in 1999. It was released on record label S.S.L. Prods in Poland in 2000 and republished on SoundAge label in Moscow, but with other mastering. The first aldum "Bats in the belfry" was recorded in 2000. One more member of the group appeared in this moment. It's a perfect guitar player Yury Kolytchev(ex- UDAR, COBRA). The group was having active concert work, but Oleg and Dmitry leaved it in 2002. Album "Samhain" was recorded in the same year and it was released by belarusian record label Deathbell Prods, after that Viatcheslav had been dismissed. To crown all the group has lost its rehearsal base and haven't made concert activity for two years. But the depression time didn't pass aimless. During two years the musicians have built their own rehearsal base and obtain necessary equipment for activity. And the problem of stuff has been soluted: Stanislav Syuzev has became a bass player, Sergey Rutchkin has occupy a post of a drummer, who's drum beat is perfect. This stuff set to rehearsals. In 2005 the group made a lot of performances, including in "Freezing point" fest together with TT-34 and also it performed on the presentation of tribute album to GODS TOWER in Minsk.
In 2006-2007 WOLFSHADE continue concert activity. It performed on METALFEST II, Tribute to IRON MAIDEN in Minsk and together with TT-34 and DRAGONFLAME.
