Thorn was founded in 2002. We play Old School Death Metal and cum from Huerth near Cologne/NRW - Germany. After a successful band period (2002 - 2005), the band went through some Line Up changes. One of our founder members and Shouter, Bear, was replaced by Den, who played the Bass until that time, because the band could not come to an agreement in several points.

A new Bass player was found in late 2006: Jens Schilder. Equipped with our new member, a new rehearsal room, a new homepage and further stuff, we got the chance for our cumback in form of the Return to Flesh in May 2007. We do not try to pursuit or copy idols or trends, so we play our own kind of Death Metal. Groovy Baby - Check some Songstuff! Lyrics about Rape, Gore, Death, Destruction and Violence complete the Death Metal Machine, that will unleash its cult of desensitisation with unkown power and outrage.
