MUTARD is a Thrash Metal Band from the greater area of Heidenheim, Germany.
Formed in 2013, the five-strong band gained momentum by completing the current line-up in march 2014.
Influenced by 80's thrash and crossover bands like Slayer, Sodom, Exodus or D.R.I.
and newer formations like Municipal Waste, Warbringer, Toxic Holocaust or Havok, the band
soon started to write original material. Bridging the gap between paying homage to their idols and avoid stagnation, they found their own interpretation of fast, riff-based and headbang-able thrash metal.

In october 2014 MUTARD recorded their 5-track demo "Zombie Addiction" in their own basement. Mixed and mastered at "Dusk Sound Studio" the demo provides an insight in Mutard's potential, with a lot more songs up their sleeves.
