Join Forces - Biografie deutsch:

JOIN FORCES, alias Olaf Zanke, begann seine DJ Karriere 1990 in seiner Geburtsstadt Rostock. Dort begeisterte er sein Publikum in verschiedenen Discotheken. 1993 zog er mit seinem Können in Richtung Berlin, wo er im Umland in diversen Clubs und Discotheken auflegte und langsam begann, sich mehr und mehr den härteren Beats zu widmen. 1996 begann dann seine Karriere als Produzent. Zusammen mit einem befreundeten Musiker, dem Gitarristen Bodo Mackebrandt, ging er ins Tonstudio und es wurde über Monate in kompletter Eigenregie an der ersten "Join Forces" Single: "Open the Stargate" gefeilt. Es war zwar kein Mega-Erfolg, doch verkaufte sich die Single zur vollen Zufreidenheit. Im September 1998 führte die erste Auslandsbuchung DJ Join Forces für 4 Wochen in den Süden Australiens (Melbourne & Sydney). Er bekam die Möglichkeit, in 10 verschiedenen Clubs und Discotheken den Sound der deutschen Dancefloors den partyhungrigen Australiern vorzustellen. Unter anderem ergab sich ein zweistündiges Live Set auf der Melbourner Radiostation "KISS 90FM" mit Interview und Plattenvorstellungen aus Deutschland. Der Moderator des Senders, der auch als DJ Freo alias Chris B. Freeman in Melbourne in diversen Clubs auflegt, tourte im Gegenzug im Oktober 2000 gemeinsam mit DJ Join Forces durch deutsche Clubs. 2002 ergab sich ein gemeinsames Booking mit dem DJ Shaun Baker. So lernten sich beide DJs kennen und verstanden sich von der ersten Minute an sehr gut. Weitere gemeinsame Bookings folgten, bis dann eines Tages die Idee entstand, gemeinsam ins Tonstudio zu gehen und eine neue Produktion unter dem Namen "Join Forces" zu starten. Drei Singles wurden in diesem Studio produziert und sehr erfolgreich in nationalen und internationalen Charts platziert.Seit Januar 2005 geht „Join Forces“ als Produzent, DJ und Macher des Labels „Trinity Musix“ seine eigenen Wege und hat mit seinem Partner „Haus Klaus“ das electronische Tanzevent „Electro City“ erfolgreich an den Start gebracht. Seit dem Frühjahr 2005, tourt er mit seinem DJ Partner und Freund „Haus Klaus“ als Electro City DJ Team mit dem gleichnamigen Event quer durch Europas angesagte Clubs & Festivals. Biography: DJ Join Forces

DJ Join Forces, alias Olaf Zanke, began his DJ career in 1990 in his native town Rostock. There the public in different clubs was inspired by him. In 1993 he moved with his knowledge in direction to Berlin, where he spun in the surrounding countryside in diverse clubs and began to give the harder beats preference. Since 8 years he is – beside different bookings – Resident-DJ in the Rathenower “Remix Club”.
In 1996 his career as producer had began. Along with a friendly musician, the guitarist Bodo Mackebrandt, he produced his first single called “Join Forces – Open the stargate”. It was not very successful but both were content with its sale.
In september 1998 DJ Join Forces had his first booking abroad. He was in the south of australia (Melbourne and Sidney) for 4 weeks on tour. There he spun the german sound in 10 different clubs. Besides he was for two hours live on air at the melbourne radiostation “KISS 90 fm”. The moderator of the transmitter, which also as DJ Freo alias Chris B. Freeman spins in Melbourne in diverse clubs, came to Europe in october 2000 and went on tour with DJ Join Forces.
Since one year DJ Join Forces spins as a resident DJ in the biggest and most famous club in Austria too, the Fun Factory in Vienna.
In 2002 he met DJ Shaun Baker in Erfurt. The two DJs got along with each other and in the future they had several gigs together. In december 2002 Shaun Baker and DJ Join Forces decided to produce a new single together by the name of Join Forces. The third DJ in this new team was Carsten “Seikos” Albat. In summer 2003 the single “Wind it up” was published by Mental Madness records, Hamburg.
2004 it was a very bussy year for "Join Forces". He release with his friend Carsten "Seikos" Albat in May 2004 the second single under the project name: "Seikos & Join Forces - Reality / Pitch that Bitch" as Double A Side of course on Mental Madness Records in Hamburg. In Summer 2004, "Join Forces" start with his 2 friends and partners Shaun Baker and Carsten Albat his own Record Label, now "Trinity Musix" was born! Of course in December 2004, "Join Forces" release his second Solo Single: "Join Forces - Pizza (re-baked) on his own Label: Trinity Musix!

In the following years, “Join Forces” release many different Tracks on Trinity Musix….
Now, in the year 2007 “Join Forces” manage the Record Label “Trinity Musix” alone!
With his friend, partner and DJ “Haus Klaus” he build his own Event. The name is “Electro City”. For the Event, “Join Forces” produce the official anthem. “Electro City”, please watch the video! His Label release in 2006 the first “Electro City” Compilation and now in January 2007 the second CD! Actualy, he has released his next solo single “Nothing around me”. In November 2007, “Join Forces” compiled and release his 3rd “Electro City” Compilation including 22 different Tracks and Videoclip as Bonus.
