Giants is an instrumental post-rock based out of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Giants is a five-piece instrumental band that have formed in the summer of 2005. Giants have released three albums: a self-titled, self-released demo ep in 2006, “They, The Undeserving” in 2007, and "Old Stories" in 2008.
Giants have played shows with bands such as Saxon Shore, The Appleseed Cast and Anathallo in places spread out across the Midwest. Well-known for their high-energy, climatic builds and anticipated time between songs, Giants originally formed in Summer of 2005 as a four-piece band leaving room for vocals-which is evident in their self-titled EP. They later developed into the lush-sounding instrumental five piece that they are known as today.
