At first CUDAR was just a notion, a space for creativity for Kehlo (guitar), his space to capture stupendous moments of music. Things went on, pieces grew into songs and people started getting curious.
In 2013 Bremmo (bass/synths SOJUS3000) and Heinz (drums Below A Silent Sky) joined this project. To perform live a second guitar player was needed and found in Pac (guitar Grey Room). Finally, Flip (FKYPER) joined the family to bring things to the people with his voice.

The Mission of CUDAR is the reincarnation of post grunge that started out with bands like Reuben, Sparta or Jimmy Eat World. Energetic riffs straight to your mind, punching polyphonic vocals and intensive parts create wide atmospheres that will captivate you.

In 2014, the band recorded their first LP CUDAR – which is also available as digital download – in Erfurt (Germany) and released it in 2015.

Since then CUDAR sets off on their trip through clubs and festivals keeping the scene of real handmade post grunge alive. As a good friend always says: “Rock’n’Roll is no easy chair, but it is the best thing we know so far”.
