Artist Detailed Info: Wolfboy

There are several artists called Wolfboy. Possibly the most well known or at least the one with the largest discography is Wolfboy who was born in 1982 in Helsinki, Finland. In 1998 when he started creating music he used the title "JPK". In early 2000 he changed the name to "Jpkwolf" and in 2004 he changed his artist name to "Wolfboy".

In 2004 he was supposed to release his first album "Inside My Mind" but he wasn't satisfied with the tracks. The album was finally released remastered in Bandcamp on July 4th, 2014.

June 23th, 2010 was the release date of the first official Wolfboy album "SIDelicious". Which is mostly chiptunes and electro tracks. On August 20th, 2016 a remastered deluxe version of the album was released in Bandcamp.

In 2016 he released double album 30 Days/30 Nights which you can also find from Bandcamp. 30 Days includes electro, techno and techno rock. 30 Nights has dark electro, experimental and ambient tracks. The original demos were made during 30 days and finished later.

2017 saw the release of the 4th album "Enter The Machine" on December 8th. The album again has chiptune and electro style tracks. The working title of the album was "SIDelicious 2".

28th of January 2018 Best of Wolfboy (1997-2017) was released. The album includes personal favorite tracks of the artist and some of the most played/streamed tracks in different sites. All tracks are remastered and some are edits and remakes.

30th October, 2020 the 5th album "Ambience" was released. The album includes remixed tracks from "30 Nights" album and new atmospheric tracks and droning industrial material.

"Another 30 Days" album was released on March 10, 2021 which includes 10 tracks made during February 2021.
"SIDelicious (10 Year Anniversary Edition)" and "Inside My Mind RELOADED" were released on December 24, 2021.
"February Challenger" album was released on February 28, 2023 which includes another 10 tracks made during February 2023.
The album "Helsinki Blues" was released on June 7, 2024. Album contains experimental electro and ambient.
9th album "Incest Insect" was released on March 7, 2025. The album was originally planned for a new side project but Wolfboy decided that the techno-electro material works well under this project as similar genre was done many times before.

There's also a psytrance project called Wolfboy.
