William E is an alias of William (or Bill) Kimber, who was a member of Londen-based sixties group, The Couriers. His best known (perhaps only...?) release as William E was the August 1967 Polydor single, 'Lazy Life', a song written by Gordon Haskell. The B-side, 'Crazy How Love Slips Away', was penned by Kimber himself.
