Tom is a licensed addictions counselor, and musician. He's blended these passions to produce a series of relaxation albums. Tom has been playing guitar and keyboards for over 30 years and uses a wide range of musical styles to create relaxing hypnotic moods. Also he has spent the last 18 years working in the addictions field and understands the many problems caused by anxiety and stress. Tom combines these experiences to teach his recovering patients how to reach a deep state of calm. With the sound of moving water as a backdrop, and using guided muscle relaxations, guided imagery and original guitar music he teaches you how to relax your body and mind.
