Artist Detailed Info: The Stygian Complex

Hailing from North Carolina, The Stygian Complex is a deathcore outfit that fuses oppressive beatdown grooves, technical death metal riffage, and raw slam violence. Driven by the multi-instrumental craftsmanship of Brendan Murphy and the demonic, wide-ranging vocal assault of Kyler Cheek, the group built a dedicated underground following through sheer sonic hostility and earth-shattering breakdowns.

After turning heads across the extreme music scene with their self-titled 2019 effort and their 2020 EP Tartarus, the band continued to refine their dark, beatdown-heavy identity—culminating in their relentless 2024 full-length album, Suffer With Me. Anchored by concussive tracks like "Bound by the Dirt", "Misery Sequence", and "Dumb S.O.B.", The Stygian Complex delivers an unapologetically heavy assault tailored for fans of pure down-tuned destruction.
