Artist Detailed Info: Stormwald

A Neoclassical/Dark Ambient project by T. Stormwald(Zonnewende, Nimmerdor, Gorelovka), hailing from the central province of Utrecht, Netherlands.

Formed in early 2009, shortly after disbanding an old project due to lack of interest/inspiration. An approach towards Black Ambient(at first), and later Dark Ambient combined with moments of Neoclassical atmosphere, sparked his drive to create music again.
T. Stormwald released several demos under this name, and also an EP, called "Horizon".
A compilation tape of Zwaertgevegt will also feature a track, called "Pale Woods Bathe in Ice".

An EP, called "Old Bark", has been released in late May, 2011.

The promised full-length in its current form has been abandoned, but the material might be released in another way.
Instead of this full-length, the will be an EP featuring two tracks that will be released on April 8th, 2013, which is more minimalistic and dark.

The music is inspired by seasons, spirituality and nature, especially woods and arctic environments.

As of early 2014, Stormwald had been laid to rest.
