1) Sleep Paralysis is a really fast a noisy Punk/Grindcore Band from Canton, MI. They started up in 2009 and started doing shows about a year later. They attempt to create the fastest, most extreme, and awesome music possible (whether they actually succeeded or not is your desicion). Most Punk bands sing about how politics, Sleep Paralysis's lyrics are normally about stupid people, and how much the bands hates them.

They're first Release was Faster! Shorter! Cooler! and they'll attempt to release many more EP and short CDs in the future.

2) Sleep Paralysis is a side project of CERULEAN's Stephen Knapp, blending black metal and avant garde jazz. Their debut is 2025's Sleep Paralysis
