Artist Detailed Info: Project Shift

Project Shift was formed by Burnzy (Bass guitars) and Sparky (Guitars) by accident. Both Burnzy and Sparky were in a band called Exit Nation (Including rhythm guitarist Matthew Stephen on drums). However the band fell apart due to musical differences and both Burnzy and Sparky decided to put all of their effort into another musical interest: Corruption Within.

Corruption Within consisted of Mike McFarland and Sparky on Guitars, Burnzy on Bass and Jake McClay on drums (Scrooge Flu guitarist). A demo of "The Forgotten" was recorded but the recording was unfortunately lost. Corruption Within slowly stopped all activity before officially breaking up.

Burnzy and Sparky met up for a few jamming sessions and begun writing original material. One thing led to another and eventually a project had started and an entire album had been written. Months later after the first AV Star demo was made, rhythm guitarist Matthew Stephen was recruited.

Project Shift will begin the recording process this summer and "Decadence" should hopefully be complete by Christmas.
