Long before the band PlayIt! existed, Lars and Martin had know eachother since an early age. They had both been in the band "Believe", where they wrote pop songs about Religion in a relaxed fashion.

The three guys Mark, Martin and Lars met eachother in 2005 at a Backstreet Boys coverband audition in Copenhagen owned by producer, Trond Clemens. After about a year singing the 3 guys + 2 others guys in the Backstreet Boys coverband split up, due to Trond had to cancel the whole tour planned for the band around in Denmark - due to some private matters...

The only members of the band that wanted to continue was Mark, Martin and Lars - and after talking back and forth about what they each wanted in the future, they started playing and singing together and later formed the band PlayIt!. Now they write most of their lyrics and songs together.
