1) PARKiNG is a lo-fi post-punk band from Louisville, KY. parkingbandus.bandcamp.com

2) One man band project from a spanish musician. During the 90's he was involved in various alternative and indie bands. Left music for quite a while and come back with this solo recording (Parking). Technically everything was recorded with a 4 track recorder, trying to strectch its possibilities to a maximum not involving any piece of technology other than a guitar and a microphone.
