While starting out as a kind of neogrunge/punkoutfitt Pane soon changed their name and style to punkrock, melted togheter with the slow indie/alternative sounds . While aggressive, Furious songs will make your ears burn, the band also likes to play more subtle melodic landscapes.
In 1998 the first demo “Crumble” was recorded and soon thereafter one of the songs was placed on a compilation cd from ´red ear label´ called “Schorremorrie”. After doing lots of shows Pane appeared on another compilation called “Nou nou het is me wat” released by Strike records, a label founded by singer Robert. The Tourwagon went on the road again playing with other bands on the cd bringing the band to lots of venues where the band kicked some major butt!
One of the songs appeared on another compilation for Magazine Ravage which included other bands like Nomeansno, Victims family, The ex and Chumbawamba.
After searching for a new drummer and changing lanes a bit getting more into the rock thing Pane recorded a new cd called ´Subversive Addictions´ which went local hero status in National wide spread magazine Live XS. Pane won another round and recorded a video for their song ´Trash´. They played ´Bevrijdingsfestival´, Noorderslag, Melkweg, Ekko, Kade and more.
Pane quit in 2005.
