Paa is a 2009 Indian movie directed by R. Balakrishnan (credited onscreen as R. Balki) starring Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Vidya Balan. The film is based on a genetic condition known as Progeria and places emphasis on a father-son relationship. The film released on 4 December 2009, worldwide. Veteran composer Ilaiyaraaja scored the music. Although the protagonist of the movie has Progeria like in the movie Jack, the fact and storyline of the both movies are relatively similar. The storyline and look of the central character are also similar to Peter Bogdanovich film Mask.
