NS (also known as Nike Stepping or BG) was a prominent Toronto rapper and street figure associated with the Scarlett Road neighbourhood and the Shots Up collective. NS was shot and killed in late 2020. Since then, he has been memorialized by the local community as a "Toronto legend".
