Molmott(=experiment) and Echo (=Sound) are a Japanese three-piece band, which makes, as the name suggests "experimental sound" ("Molmott Echo") and take essences from various genres, which gives them the opportunity to make an unpredictable development. Vocal & Guitar / Ryuu Shigenaga tries to tell a story with his lyrics and give their songs a clear melody line with Bass / Gaku Nakamichi and Drums / Taishou Fujimoto supporting this.
Vocal & Guitar / Ryuu Shigenaga also works as graphic designer and artist for the band. Also he writes short stories etc. which are linked to the songs and add images, which leads the band to a concept including more than only the sound of a band.
