Mlpg

Originally roadies on a joint tour for English alternative rock group Thom Yorke and the Radioheads with Italian avant-garde progressive folkcore collective BrokenCYDE, MLPG met up at Bronycon, where they spent their time laughing at manchildren slightly less autistic than them. After realizing that they were more proficient at making music than Jesus Christ was at dying on a cross, they got together and started making music. Their debut album, "Pony Should Pony Pony", was released to little commercial or critical success. Even the most devoted of hipsters claimed it was "2deep4me". After this, MLPG decided to rerelease the album in the form of "Pony Should Pony Pony: >Rape Edition", adding the track ">rape". The album was a huge success, selling 2.3 million copies on the first weekend after its release. Pitchfork Media gave the album a 10 out of 10 and gave it their "Best New Music" accolade, equating it to "the sound of grown manchildren bashing away at a DAW with no sort of structure or sense while sampling clips from a show for little girls...brilliant". NME and Rolling Stone also gave it perfect scores, saying "well, fuck, if Pitchfork likes it, we like it too". Piero Scaruffi, however, gave the album a 0 out of 10, saying "It's not Trout Mask Replica so it's shit." /mu/ also gave the album a negative review, saying that "Amnesiac is clearly the superior album." It is unknown where MLPG is now, but it is speculated that they are talking about a little girls show when they could be doing something productive.
