Born in Bangor in 2007, Messner is the brain child of Owain Roberts.

With his acoustic guitar, melodica, trumpet, keyboard, laptop and an optional female string duo, he goes forth in search of musical experiences and together with friends and strangers he produces what can only be described as 'random welsh songs about love, lust, sex, depression, time, and materialistic greed'.
