Artist Detailed Info: Marc Roussel

Born Marc Roussel on June 30, 1981, he grew up in Cantley, Québec, a country town in Canada where he began playing guitar at age 14.
Marc is an Instrumental progressive rock guitar player, musician, song writer, producer & music curator.
Marc's main objective as a musician & composer is to share his art with others. Since Marc is passionate about learning new skills, he is continually developing himself as a self-taught producer & audio engineer. He releases his own material directly from his home studio in Gatineau, Québec, Canada.
Marc has released 2 albums so far in the instrumental progressive rock & metal genre. The first one is called “A Beautiful Symphony”. It was his first attempt as a producer. So no need to say that his sound has now improved since. Then comes the second album called “Constellation Orion”. Already, you can hear improvement regarding sound production. The album was a concept album including 7 songs. He is now working on his third album which will be called “About Time” set to release April 2023.
While developing a unique tone, his biggest influences are Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Pink Floyd, John Petrucci from Dream Theater, Stratovarius, Riverside, Steven Wilson from Porcupine Tree & most recently Plini & Nick Johnston.
