Artist Detailed Info: Lolacoaster

Lolacoaster started out as a music project created by two music aficionados, with the goal of making music that would provide a unique atmosphere for the listener. The initial idea was to center around an imaginary fictional character named Lola, a film noir-esque femme fatale character devoted to liquor, a life of crime and her lovers. The concept ended up taking a different turn as the project evolved, but Lola still lingers as the spirit behind the music. After a two-year span of creative work and recording sessions, Lolacoaster's first album, entitled Lolapop, came to life and is available on Bandcamp since November 29, 2014. At about the same time, Marjo Jamnić and Nikola Švenda joined the project on bass guitar and drums, respectively, which turned Lolacoaster into a full-fledged four member band.
