Artist Detailed Info: Latecomers

The Latecomers were a ragtag group of hippie wannabes who did not form a Chicago cover band. Instead, they poorly covered various blues and "alternative" songs and lightly seasoned their setlist with a few original tunes. The venues at which they played were small and varied. From coffee houses to dorm rooms to indoor family functions, the Latecomers rocked a show or two and made friends and enemies in the process. If you caught one of their shows in the late 90's around the Ball State area in Muncie, Indiana, consider yourself someone who's been to one of their shows.

The band consisted of Andy Klein, Lisa Phelps, Spencer Sokol and Bob The Drummer Who Got All The Chicks. They recorded a horribly mixed six song demo in '96 and generally faded into oblivion.
