Artist Detailed Info: Katma

Katma is a DIY band formed at the beginning of the year 2009. Since then, originally more melodic style of the band has changed to a darker and more "crusty" sound. We've been raised in the collapse of ex-yugoslavian society, under embargo, wars, great leaders, in the atmosphere of hysterical nationalism, watching lines of refugees and living under police pressure. Today we are enjoying a successful liberal transition, with newly gained spiritualism and the rebirth of the "true" values of a patriarchal moral, xenophobia and homophobia. Such values are alien to us.

Anti-authoritarian, anti-fascist.
