Artist Detailed Info: In Waves

In Waves is the name of at least three acts:

1. Adam James is a multi-instrumentalist songwriter and producer, based in the North West of England. Launching In Waves in 2024, the project blends genre with a heavy focus on introspective lyrics and storytelling inside a cinematic sonic universe.

2. In Waves are an Ambient/Progressive/Rock/Post-hardcore group from Burlington, North Carolina, USA. Made up of members all over the triad.
Rob Redding - Vocals
Bryan Long - Guitar/Vocals
Chris Clark - Guitar
Jeremy Manuel - Bass
Michael Brantley - Drums

2. "Ambient music can make you feel as if you're enveloped by fog, torn between the comfort of its womb-like sonics and the anxiety over what might lie beyond the shroud. The aptly named L.A. band In Waves wratchets up the tension considerably, with furious, melodic drums punctuating distortion-laden guitar and reverb-heavy vocals. Ethereal, meet ghostly." -Kevin Bronson latimes.com/buzzbands
