Jonathan "Jon" Menager, better known by his stage name HIGHDEAF, is an underground frat rapper, producer, and mash-up artist known for his single Summertime. He is one of two producers and rappers that made up the more well-known rap duo, Party Time Anthems, and produces mash-ups under the name LACityLights. As of now, Party Time Anthems is on a permanent hiatus.

What began as an offshoot of the Party Time Anthems duo when their hiatus began, Menager rarely releases any music on his own accord and rather creates music as a hobby and doesn't tend to market his releases publicly. All of his music is released for free on SoundCloud or YouTube, and he regularly uses publicly available beats from various online producers. He has, in some cases, produced his own beats. Recently, he recorded a vocal remix to a beat produced by Hollywood hip-hop funk artist 2D Funk.

As of 2020, Menager has begun to officially release music under the new name, Menny.
