Herlis was a rock band formed in Latvia. The debut album Īrisa zieds was released in 1998. Later band members decided to change their band's title and called it Citrus. The band released the next album Dzeltenā in March 2002.
By that moment band's lineup consisted of Ilvars Jansons, Raivis Vītiņš, Uģis Jaunslavietis, drummer Alvils Cedriņš.
In 2003 lead singer Ilvars Jansons anounced about his new project V.I.P (Vinegar Into Pearl)
