Artist Detailed Info: Glix

Glix was born 1984 in Yonkers, New York and raised in The Hudson Valley where during his teenage years he acquired quite a reputation for being a unique and most un-conventional individual to spend time around. He re-located to the Southwestern United States in 2005 and has been both continuing and refining his musical onslaught from the desert ever since. Inspired by the best of idm, electronica, ambient, trance, hiphop, rock, techno, jazz, classical and little pieces of everything else; Glix creates an ever-evolving soundscape filled with inventive samples and transformations that'll keep you thinking and even laughing on occasion. He's remixed songs by PNFA, The Nephisis, and DJ Spork among others. Glix is truely an artist more concerned with emotional content than popularity and unwilling to be pigeonholed in any vacant scene or soulless musical genre.
