Artist Detailed Info: Five Minute Fall

FIVE MINUTE FALL was formed in spring 2010 in the city of Salzburg, Austria.

In 2010 the guys released their first low-budget demo EP followed by several live shows in and around Salzburg. After recruiting two new members end of 2011 the band worked on their sound. Soon they were able to record their first album Close To Collapse, released by deafcult records in April 2012. They promoted their new songs on a Europe tour in April 2012 with stops in Austria, Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia and Germany.

Quite often being compared to the sound of the well-known hardcore band "boysetsfire", Five Minute Fall could show their similarities as well as differences at boysetsfire's reunion show in Salzburg, August 2012. Besides they already shared the stage with bands like Hot Water Music, A Wilhelm Scream and Death before Dishonor. At Austria's Metalfest they even were able to play side by side with bands like Megadeath, Kreator and more.

Being close to their fans the guys love to play their music live and to express themselves through their lyrics and sounds. Their sound is coming right out of their hearts with all the good and bad emotions as authentic as hardcore can be.

In January 2012 Five Minute Fall made a complete relaunch of their official website.
