Artist Detailed Info: Faller

Faller existed as a band from December 2000 - 2003. The earliest incarnation of this band formed in Gainesville Florida in late 1999. Nobody knew how to play drums, so we rolled with 2 guitars, 1 bass, and some vocals. By summer of 2000, we had all moved back home to Miami, FL. John Faller and Vincent Faller drew up sketches of some of the first Faller songs in the fall of 2000, and were performing them sans-drums at various open mic nights. Arnaldo Gonzalez then decided the songs might benefit from some live drums. John and Vincent agreed. He rejoined the twins, got a hold of a drum kit, and in three weeks, managed to teach himself enough to get through Faller's first show at Poplife in December of 2000.

Faller self released an E.P. In September of 2001 entitled "two dollar recordings". According to WVUM 90.5 FM, it was the first record by a local band to be played on the radio station's regular rotation.
