Etreh is Emrah Altinok's music project with the contribution of 3 band members. They have been making improvisational psychedelic rock music since 2005. Their sound is along the lines of a swooning, passing out musical “dhikr”, and is more about mood and atmosphere than virtuosity or complexity. They believe that music has to be sought in simplicity and, through purification, they reject the idea of virtuosity. .
