The self-described "drum machine technician" of northern California's Bullet Proof Scratch Hamsters/Space Travelers crew, Eddie Def has been a fixture of the turntablism scene since the late 1980s. His DJ and programming work is also an important part of the robo-funk twitchings of oddball quintet El Stew.
