Knoxville-Born Producer / Composer / Arranger / Remixer / Sound Designer / DJ
Joe Vettori d/b/a Dynomyt discovered his passion for music at an early age. He began playing his favorite TV sitcom theme songs by ear on his sister's keyboard. In Middle School he studied under The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra's first chair French Hornist Barbara Adamcik. He later went on to play with the East Tennessee Junior Clinic and was told he had an "ear for music".
While at the University of Tennessee he taught himself guitar, performed with local bands and DJed parties for friends. Shortly after seeing a live set from DJ Icey, Dynomyt began to perfect his talent. Using programs such as Acid Pro, Fl Studio, Reason 2.0 and Sonar he was able to complete his first Album "Ill Tempo", which released in local stores in 2004. Now concentrating on improving his "from scratch" sound design and working with programs such as FL Studio, Ableton Live, Reason and Logic Pro he has once again found himself searching for that ever elusive "perfect song".
In 2010 Dynomyt released his Album, "Liquid Motion" which brought the attention of many record labels from around the world. Since then he has remixed tracks for many talented and well respected DJ/Producers, including: DJ Daus (Brasil), DJ Nato (Brasil), DJ Kay Mikado (India), DJ Rulz (India), DJ Structure (United States) and The Clave (Brazil). Now he spends his days in the studio working on new tracks consisting of synthesizer driven leads, heart-pump-in beats and floor-pounding bass lines! Be sure to check out Dynomyt next time you stop by your favorite online music distribution store.
