Artist Detailed Info: Doubletake

DoubleTake was founded as a co-ed jazz a cappella group at the College of William and Mary in 1993. Since then, it has expanded its repertoire considerably to include a wide variety of styles, with song selections ranging from the golden oldies to arrangements of the popular songs on the radio.

"DT", as the group is lovingly referred to by its members, performs several major concerts a semester on campus as well as taking time to tour at other schools and record new tracks for their upcoming CDs.

In the years of 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2007, 2008, DoubleTake also participated in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella. DoubleTake has placed high many times - even moving on to finals some years - and recieved multiple special awards.

After a very competitive ICCA, DoubleTake is proud to be ranked as the 4th Best A Cappella group in the 2008 southern region!
