DJ Hawken is the moniker of Kaelin Bougneit (member of rock group Mad Atlantic). Since 2011, he has been producing glitch hop, wonky, and dubstep.

DJ Hawken combines heavy-hitting drum kits, glitched vocal samples, and fuzzy synths into heavy jams and dark breakdowns. Since seeing the first performance of Fighting Gravity on America's Got Talent, and hearing The Glitch Mob for the first time, DJ Hawken has been inspired to bring the same kind of awe-inducing power and drama to his own music, and inspire future audiences.

DJ Hawken frequently collaborates with rapper MA Johnson to bring the vocal dimension of his tracks to life. DJ Hawken's first album, Hydrogen, will be released in late 2012.
