Artist Detailed Info: Digital Symphony

The now-defunct project of Bradford musician, Christian Sinclair. DS was formed in 2007 when Sinclair's band at the time, 92 Stripes, were on the verge of breaking up.

Fed up with the 'band concept', Sinclair experimented with electronic music taking inspiration from artists such as Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin and worriedaboutsatan.

Debut EP 'When Stars are Electric...' was released in early 2008 and was made available for free download on myspace. It featured the 2 singles 'Fault in the Process' and 'Nostalgia in audio'.

DS then went on to be featured in Traffic magazine, named as one of the 3 best new electronica acts in West Yorkshire.

Second EP 'We never meant to get this far' followed soon after in May 2008. This was to be the last release of DS, as the end was announced in June 2008.
