Often described as “RodentCore” due to their extremely creative and original blend of all things considered “ratty” or “not real music” under the sonic sphere, DG are a quartet hailing from the decrepit suburb of Berowra, on a mission to punish eardrums and explode speakers with cripplingly ferocious performances, high octane trap beats and some vocals here and there
However, DG do not consider themselves just any old slamming brutal ravenous rodent gore metal band.
DG prides themselves on their ability to recognise and reproduce the often overlooked art and beauty of even the most depraved soundscapes across the vast pantheon of underground extreme music. While many may consider the lyrical themes (or frankly the very nature of the sound itself) in poor taste when regarding today’s “enlightened” perspective on what good music should sound like, DG simply would reply “fuck up ya cunts”
