Artist Detailed Info: De Freules

'De Freules' was a Dutch television series for children which aired around New Year 1990-1991 in seven episodes. The series followed two noble ladies in dire straits. They get the chance to receive 1 million guilders if they succeed to let their vulgar nephew Arie-Frits pass his Exam of Good Manners. The butler, Henri, helps them with the task but also develops a crush on one of the ladies, Thérèse. He thinks she will never love him if she gets rich so he does everything he can to get rid of the nephew.

The lyrics were written by Sjoerd Kuyper, the music was arranged by Jan Robijns.
