Artist Detailed Info: Convict Class

Convict Class is a punk band from Warrnambool, Australia.

Formed in 2021, they’ve been moving up in the ranks, while starting to make music in 2022. They started off with local gigs, before getting their music on streaming. The band is run by Shane, Al, Ben and Shane, there are two Shane’s.

Convict Class released the Demo-lition EP in 2022, after that, releasing a few singles. These singles and the EP culminated in an album, with a few new songs, and new recordings of previous tracks. Convict Class have performed at Ignite Festival (which they hosted) in Warrnambool, they also travelled to the UK to perform at the Rebellion Festival, all within this year. Combined with small gigs, they’ve made a name for themselves.

Overall, this band has risen in their local music scene, hosting events, travelling overseas, and a lot more. Convict Class released their debut album quite recently. And there will be more soon, so look out for Convict Class in the future.
