As the Turkish rock music community began to regain public visibility and develop a new courage to express itself openly in the 21st century, Bubituzak were one group that attracted both local and international acclaim. Formed in Istanbul in 2011, Bubituzak feature musicians Ali Güçlü Şimşek (guitar), Görkem Karabudak (bass guitar and keyboards), and Emrah Atay (drums).
