Miguel Soares, mostly known as Barras, is a hardstyle music producer and musician from Portugal.

In September 2022 he joined Tusófona, the Tuna of Lusófona University, a group of musicians from this academic institution, in which he has concluded a degree in Communication and Cultural Sciencies in June 2023. In this same month, he joined TAISCTE, the Tuna of ISCTE, in which he will be doing a Master's Degree in Communication, Culture and Information Technology later this year.

On the side, by merging classical instruments with synthesisers and exploring the boundaries of cinematic music and euphoric melodies, Barras is now closer than ever to find out what makes him different from other artists.

Overtime, Barras will travel through unknown paths and, soon enough, conquer new hearts along the way.
