B on E is a Lahore based, alternative/noise rock project of singer-songwriter Bilal Zero. It was formed under the name Zero in 2001 when Bilal was 15. All music is recorded on his ancient laptop with borrowed instruments and a Genius chatting microphone that he loves.

His first album titled "Empty Streets Going Nowhere" was recorded from 2008 to 2010. And is influenced from the early 90s grunge and noise rock musicians such as Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Pixies and Smashing Pumpkins.

Recently he finished making demos for his upcoming album. The demo compilation is titled "Depression, Drugs and Death" and is influenced by Elliott Smith and Mark Linkous.

There are over 50 songs that have been recorded from 2001 to 2008. They might be part of a box set one day.
