Ampleman

Ampleman was born in the hospital of Southmead, north Bristol, in the early 1980's. His earliest musical memory is as a baby, being rocked to sleep by his dad to 'Another Brick In The Wall pt. 2' by Pink Floyd.

After discovering the world of computer games in the late 80's/early 90's, ampleman realised that music was extremely important in making a game enjoyable to play, and set himself an ambition to create music for computer games and other forms of visual media in his future career.

Although his first instrument was the recorder, then the keyboard, ampleman eventually settled on the guitar as his instrument of choice. Ampleman enjoyed his childhood in Bristol, and then moved to Liverpool in the fall of 2004, where he collaborated with Anti Gravity League and many other talented people.

After his recent move to Berlin, he now sits and writes little tunes on his guitar, drinks cups of tea, and composes 'minitronica' with help from his friendly computer.

Thank you for reading about ampleman, he hopes you enjoy his little tunes!
