7 go up is a Korean female team formed as part of the survival show Produce 101. The team was composed of trainees from various Korean entertainment companies, Jeon Somi (JYP), Choi Yoojung (Fantagio), Jung Chaeyeon (MBK), Kim Danielle (MBK), Heo Chanmi (DubleKick), Park Siyeon (Pledis), and Park Soyeon (LOEN). The team was formed for the performance and recording of the song "Yum-Yum" which was provided to the girls by songwriter Ryan S. Jhun, who had previously written singles for Red Velvet and U-Kiss. Jeon Somi, Choi Yoojung, and Jung Chaeyeon went on to debut with the girl group I.O.I.
